Sous Vide Chef is happy to say the Pro-line premium vacuum sealer range of Bags & Rolls are of premium quality with crossed air vent channels on both sides of the bags (no smooth side on one side) which allows for maximum air extraction and slows down the travelling of liquids when sealing moist foods.
